Utilize this survey to determine if Dr. Robinson can help your business grow

These questions are a good way to provide a self assessment of your business. Read the following questions and score your business 1-10. “1” is weak and “10” is strong.


  1. We have a clear vision in writing that has been shared with everyone in the company.
  2. We have core values and they are defined. We employ, fire, and reward based on our core values.
  3. We have a plan. 10-year, 5-year, and 1-year plan and does everyone knows it. 
  4. Our target market is defined and understood by everyone in the company.
  5. Our team knows the top 3 things that make us unique and they are clear, and all of our staff and efforts focus on promoting these things. 
  6. We have a process for doing business with our customers. 
  7. All of the people in our organization are the right people in the right role.
  8. Our roles/responsibilities are clear, complete, and constantly updated.
  9. Everyone has goals and leaders follow up and ensure they are supported to accomplish them.
  10. Everyone is engaged in regular meetings (weekly, quarterly, annually). All meetings are on the same day and at the same time, have an agenda that is shared before the meeting, start on time, and end on time.
  11. We clearly identify, discuss, and solve issues for the long-term goals/plan.
  12. Our processes are documented and followed by all.
  13. We have systems for receiving regular feedback from customers and employees.
  14. We have a set of numbers we are tracking and sharing weekly with the team to ensure we are on track to meet our goals and plans.
  15. We have a budget and are monitoring it regularly.
  16. We work on the business of being a veterinary clinic, not just in the business.
  17. Doctor and support staff turnover is low. 
  18. We are confident and competitive in the level and value of our medicine we provide our clients/patients.


Add your score of all your questions and divide them by 180 (perfect score) and multiple by 100. This is a percentage that I use to determine if you could benefit from working with SWVS.

  • <50%  This is the most common score and you're not alone. We have an opportunity to make a big impact for your team.
  • 50-70% This is slightly above average, but we can do better together.
  • 70-90% Awesome! You are doing thing very well and have some room to improve.
  • >90%  Amazing. This is the ideal situation and I would love to connect to learn more about your team.
